Maria Santos (Rm 102) — abuser was seen near the front entrance around 6pm. Police were notified and confirmed a patrol is scheduled overnight. Maria is aware and chose to stay in her room for the evening. Safety plan is updated. Please alert the night shift team to check the entrance camera logs at 2am. Lin Wei has her MARAC safety review tomorrow morning at 9am — confirm she's prepared and remind her tonight if possible.

Room 302 noise complaint at 20:15 — neighbours reported raised voices. Spoke with both residents, situation de-escalated. No formal incident report was filed but the conversation is documented. Monitor Room 302 closely overnight.
