Description
Resident Maria Santos reported seeing an unknown male in the parking lot matching the description of her abuser (Carlos Santos). Client was visibly distressed when reporting to night staff. Police were immediately called and attended within approximately 8 minutes. Officers conducted a search of the parking area and surrounding streets. No individual matching the description was located by police. No entry to the building was attempted or gained. Client was offered support and remained in her room for the remainder of the evening. Safety plan reviewed with client on Aug 14.
